appointments

For wellness suites:

In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a $20 charge for all appointments canceled less than 4 hours in advance and $30 for no shows. You will be unable to cancel an appointment online within that time frame and may directly reach out to us via call or text (775-558-4410)

We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 4 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.

For massage & facial:

In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% charge for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance and for no shows. A card on file and 50% deposit is required for all massage and facial appointments.

We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.

memberships

For any membership pause or cancellation requests, please email hello@wellhousenv.com (also listed in your client portal). We will never terminate a membership without written notice so you do not lose your current rates & perks, unless there is no payment for 15+ days. Per membership contracts, all memberships are month to month on auto renewal until formal written notice of cancellation. We can renew memberships at the original purchase price/perks with a 15 day grace period. You will get notice if a renewal was not processed, at the start of the grace period. After that, memberships may be restarted at the current price and benefits.
