Drink plenty of water before your session so you are well hydrated. We have water for purchase or a filtered water dispenser for bottle refills.

The private sauna suite is yours for 50 minutes. You can spend up to 40 minutes in the sauna. Dress down to your comfort level. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

It is best to remove any makeup and lotions before you sweat.

Consult a physician if you are experiencing any of the following: high or low blood pressure, history of heart disease, obesity, circulatory problems, currently taking any medications, epilepsy, seizures, multiple sclerosis, have a pacemaker, or defibrillator, or any other pre-existing medical concern.

Again, drink plenty of water before, during and after the session. Listen to your body; take a break when it feels necessary by stepping out of the sauna for a few minutes to cool down.

Start with lower heat as you get used to the heat of the sauna. You do not need as high of a temperature as you would in a regular sauna.

You may not sweat much during your first 2-3 sauna sessions. This is normal for many people.

While cell phones are allowed in sauna suites, we do not recommend their use due to high sauna temperature and moisture. Feel free to watch your favorite show, listen to a guided meditation, or relaxing music.

After your session, step out, towel off, and drink more water.

Use your chilled aromatherapy towel to freshen up and cool down.

It is advised you skip the shower for at least 30 min so your body can continue to sweat and purge for the next couple of hours. As the natural cool-down process occurs, your metabolism doesn’t return to normal immediately – contributing to further calorie burn. So, take your time cooling down afterward.

Turn up the time and temperature on the interior control panel before exiting the sauna – we don’t want the sauna to turn off and cool down!

Please place all towels in the basket in your suite before your leave. Please leave the door open when you exit so we can tidy up for the next guest.
