Pure Magnesium Flakes are made from 100% natural magnesium chloride. They can be added to a bath or foot soak to facilitate easy absorption into the skin and give you a soothing and relaxing experience.

Ingredients:

100% magnesium chloride flakes
½ cup contains approx. 90g of magnesium chloride

How to use:

Dissolve ½ - 1 ½ cups into a foot bath or full bath and soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. The temperature of the water should be warm (101 to 105 degrees fahrenheit) rather than hot for best absorption into the skin. After the bath you can rinse off the skin with cool running water if needed and dry with towel. Follow with moisturizer.
